Worst company.. due to their poor quality work and high costs. Management is abusive and cheap.
Clients were consistently upset, and I had bad experiences before and after booth designs.
Please choose a better company for your booth, even if it costs more.

Our company worked with Sensations Worldwide for a large-scale tradeshow in Atlanta in March 2023. The booth build was due to be completed in 2 days (giving our team 2 days to install and troubleshoot our demo). They completed the build 36 hours behind schedule and with numerous issues. Our team had to work through the night in order to be able to open for the show.
The delay and issues were very frustrating, but the most alarming problem was the lack of ownership and communication once the issues were brought to Sensations Worldwide management. Following multiple emails from me, Sensations Worldwide finally arranged a call to discuss the matter (Almost 3 weeks after the show). On that call, I was asked to allow 2 further days for them to propose a solution. That was over 2 weeks ago, and despite multiple emails from me, the company has decided to ignore the issue and effectively ‘ghost’ our communications.
Booth construction is a significant investment. It's crucial to choose a company that not only delivers quality work but also values their commitments and communicates effectively. This was not our experience with Sensations Worldwide.

Collaborating with Sensations for our booths has been a fruitful experience. Right from the start their team have been super helpful and accommodating to our requirements and vision. I would highly them to everyone who wants a great exhibiting experience.

Sensations Worldwide has been a great partner to work with. The exhibition stand that I designed and created for my company turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. All the time, I hire them to help me at trade shows.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. It would take me too long to explain what a nightmare Sensations Exhibits is so I would just warn you if you are planning on using them. Their execution and customer service could not have been more unprofessional. They were very late performing the set up, they installed the wrong carpet, the lighted panels were cheap and look like Christmas lights from a discount store, 99% of the graphics did not line up, the structure they build was missing laminate creating a uneven structure, they never installed our 35' overhead and still charged me for it. If you would like to talk about it, I am going to post my email address marty@greenclimberna.com so that you do not think I am making this up. It would take 10 pages to explain what an absolute nightmare I experienced when I trusted Sensations Exhibits to install my booth at our most important and most expensive show every 3 years. RUN away do not WALK!

Don't work with this company. They charge you extra fee like crazy, like 400USD to print some simple sticker, 500USD to fix sample in the booth (which should be included) that at the end they don't print correctly. Our booth wasn't finished on time, and they were not able to fix our sample in the booth (We have to do it ourselves). When you have an issue, they don't reply to you on the phone anymore. They presented that you are a valuable customer, but that's not true. They just have attractive booth design, for the rest service is poor, and they are not respectful after you paid.

COMPANY IS A SCAM.
The company is sending a pathetic email telling me that I'm a valuable customer but have to dump my project 3 days before the event.
How am I suppose to find a solution ?
No interest on this for " the most trusted exhibition booth builders".
They knew for a long time they were not able to execute my project but waited for the last minute !
They were asking questions the friday before the event - "can you send assembling pass ? / the truck is loaded, we cannot add anything at the moment" but suddenly the following sunday, the booth was only 50% ready...
Sunday evening, they offered to load a truck with what was ready and the boss offered to come to supervise the assembling and Monday morning, I'm sorry, buddy, I cannot do anything...
Bunch of clowns.
