A deeply disappointing experience with our booth at AAPEX in Las Vegas. Despite all the claims of professionalism, what we faced was manipulation, lack of transparency, and pressure-based decision-making.
We order and deliver over a dozen exhibition stands around the world every month, and I haven’t felt so misled and taken advantage of in years.
Even though the company appears large and established, taking responsibility for an additional $2,000 rigging crew callout, due to scheduling mistake and lack of managment onsite, was too much to ask.
